This quasi-working out thing is starting to get to me. I can't wait until I can ride for real and for as long as I want without paying for it the next day by not being able to walk straight...well enough complaining. Time to get out and do something about it, so here's the work that's going to get me to that state.
Tuesday, 4/4/06- Stationary bike at the gym (upright) 30 min, 6-8 resistance level, around 80-90 rpm
- Recumbent bike 15 min, 4-6 resistance level, around 90-100 rpm
- Leg press, 3 sets of 6, 45 pounds, on each leg
Wednesday, 4/5/06- Trainer, using the Giant, 1 hour
